Chaste Berry - Vitex

One of the most trusted herbs in women's herbalism, chaste berry (vitex) has been used for centuries as a long-term tonic in the folk tradition. Subtly peppery with a distinctive aroma, it is best taken consistently rather than as an immediate remedy.
